Itinerary

3 Nights / 4 DaysAswan to Esna

Day1: Arrival at Aswan

Upon arriving at Aswan Airport / Train station, our tour manager will meet and assist you. You will be accompanied by your Egyptologist guide to enjoy a day tour in Aswan, where you will visit Philae Temple, The High Dam, with enjoy walking in Aswan Bazaar.

Later you will be escorted to embark on your Dahabiya Nile Boat with enjoying your Lunch on Board. Have a lovely sail to Kom Ombo. Arrive at Kom Ombo and overnight.

Day 2: Kom Ombo Temple

Breakfast at your leisure. Here we visit the Greco-Roman Temple at Kom Ombo. The temple building is symmetrical, with two entrance’s two halls, and two sanctuaries dedicated to the Falcon God Haroeris (Horus the Elder) and the Crocodile God Sobek.

We set off for the relaxing journey to the temple of Gebel el Silsila, another of our less frequented destinations. You will be amazed as we tie up alongside the Speos of Hormheb. If possible, dinner will be served on the grounds of the illuminated temple or the upper deck while soaking up the tranquil atmosphere with music to match the mood.

Day 3: Edfu Temple

Enjoy breakfast at your leisure, and visit Edfu Temple by horse carriage, one of the largest and most intact of Egypt’s monuments. Two beautiful granite statues of the Falcon God Horus flank the entrance. After you visit the temple, ride or walk through the bazaar, where you can barter for souvenirs, spices, and perfumes.

We will then set sail to an island where we will disembark to get dinner served on the edge of the Nile according to weather status, or dinner will be served on Sun Deck. Preparing for our EGYPTIAN EVENING OF FUN with Egyptian cuisine and Arabic Music. Dress in your bespoke Gallabeyah or belly dancing outfit. We gently sail en route to Esna Overnight Esna.

Day 4: Luxor Tour & Disembarkation

Disembarkation from your Nile boat in Esna after enjoying your breakfast, then you will be escorted to Luxor to have a Sightseeing tour to visit the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, Colossi of Memnon and Karnak Temple. Later you will be transferred to Luxor airport or Train station for your final departure.

Day 1: Luxor Arrival and Nile Boat Embarkation

Upon arriving at Luxor airport or Luxor train station, our dedicated tour manager will meet and assist you. Reservations:

Should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday. Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the full price. ( Deposit will be 50% during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare.) This deposit counts as part of your final payment to confirm your reservation.

Payment:

We accept a deposit as low as 30% of the total tour price and the rest can be paid in equal installments until the date of arrival or you can pay the rest in cash upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

We offer a very flexible cancellation policy, in case the government or the airline issues a travel warning from/to your country of departure and your destination. We are showing the flexibility not to charge any cancellation fees & we will pay a full refund.

For any cancellation, you must write a handwritten and signed and send it by email.

Cancellation by the customer:

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

  • From the date of booking until 45 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 44 and 35 days before your arrival date, 30% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 34 and 25 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 24 and 15 days before your arrival date,75% of the entire tour price will be charged
  • Between 14 and 9 days before your arrival date, 90% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 8 and 1day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.

The price varies depending on the number of persons as shown in the price table including service fees and taxes.

Price quotes are in US dollars per person per night and are valid until December 31st, Except (for Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter holidays ).

Excursions

All our tours are private tours or group tours.

  • For private tours, they have a private tour guide and private air-conditioned cars, and you have the convenience of starting your tours.
  • As for group tours, our groups include a maximum of 12 participants only during visits in private air-conditioned cars with private guides.
